I appreciate the ability to pay from my phone. Would love to be able to select a number of minutes for the dryer rather than having to go through the whole process to add 10 minutes until I reach the desired total.

There has not been a single time I have tried to use this app where it did not crash multiple times, wasn’t able to add balance, and didn’t refresh. It continually logs me out and doesn’t show balances that I’ve paid for even after restarting the app. It said that I need an internet connection to refresh even though I am in WiFi and have service and all the other web connectivity on my phone is working. Use quarters.

Can’t even set up an account. Won’t accept my name or credit card”s”! Irritated that once you give all the information, it tells me only letters and numbers and deletes all you information. Gave up after 30 minutes. I guess it’s back to the bank for quarters today. Stupid

absolute waste of time and money ate my $40 i deposited and i havent got to wash one load. Refresh internet connection every time i try and start a machine but i have full bars LTE and wifi LOL. garbage app, garbage developers.
