Useless
Gonzaga Student
Want to do laundry in Twohy hall at Gonzaga University? Good luck. This app doesn’t work. It constantly has bugs like not connecting to the washer or the buttons on the dryer not working. Useless.
Can’t register

I’ve tried registering for this app dozens of times, but it has never sent me an SMS code to verify. I am receiving other SMS messages so I know it’s not an issue on my end.

It’s working again thank you! But I do have a concern with how often it’s having issues and how it could be improved. I like not having to make sure I have quarters but also sometimes wish it was back to the quarter system dealing with this app. I think it crashes way too much for such a need in life.
Not working

I can’t use it because it won’t send a verification code to my phone number after multiple times of hitting the resend code..can I please have a verification code so I can use this app..nobody really carries change on theM anymore so this would be extremely helpful if I could actually have a verification code sent to my phone number to use this app
Never connects

Won’t connect the machine. Constantly just beeps and says try again. Also when it does work, why can you only add 5 mins when times left on the machine? Worst app I’ve ever used
Won’t Turn On Machine

Sadly this app won’t actually turn on the machine any longer. It can connect, show a balance, set the time and when the selection is submitted an error show ‘can not connect to machine’. Doubly frustrating is the lack of support. After I learned other people in my building we’re experiencing the same issue I reached out to the developer. It’s been months and nothing back.

... it’s missing features. There’s no place to change your credit card. It also steals by taking more than it should. It charges me for two loads sometimes. No support. I hope a better company comes out soon.
