app is great but no way to contact customer service

i requested a refund over six months ago and have not received it - i moved out of my apartment building. it shows as pending on my account and theres no way to contact anyone about it (that i can find).

Great Great Great App Is s very Easy To Use, It’s A Clean And Simple App, I love the Fact that it’s no Advertisements, && or Extra Taxes And Fees.

The only thing I’d change is the notification about the cycle being done. It should indicate that it’ll be done in 5 minutes.

He tratado de hacer un reembolso, ya que las dos veces que he ido las secadoras no funcionan pero si me cobran el dinero y nada que contestan. Entonces con quien se supone que me comunique?

I truly love this app! I wish I could sell this service to every hotel or laundromat! Tells you how many minutes left, let’s you easily add more $ or more time to dry, super user friendly, can alert hotel/company of broken or failing machines etc… It’s brilliant!

Very easy app. I like that I get a notification when the machine finishes (I use a public laundry room). Easy to reload and change credit card.
