I love the app it takes guess work out of when clothes are done. My phone gets notification plus I can always check the status No more quarters?

Don’t let any of the five star reviews fool you. This is hands down the worst app in the store by a country mile. Never works, doesn’t refill consistently, constant crashes, signs me out all the time, refund requests are ignore, machines never work, won’t work on less than five bars of service, timer in the app doesn’t let you know when laundry is done, and that’s just the beginning. If someone held a gun to my head and told me to pick an app on my phone that won’t load properly or if it does they shoot me, I would choose this every time and live to see another day.

Been trying to get a refund for forever, so annoying!

1. Add support for Apple Pay. 2. “Room Status” shows incorrect machine availability. 3. Refund requests fail with “Database Error 1048”. 4. Poor grammar makes the app feel cheesy e.g. “All Cycle Finished”. 5. The app unexpectedly prompts you for an additional $0.25 to extend dryer cycles.
