Does Not Work

Opened the My Home Loan app to pay mortgage. Told me I had to upgrade the app, so I downloaded the new app. Then it said my username is no longer valid. Had to create a new account on the new app to upgrade my username. Then it loads a blank screen with squished words and an error message. Log out. Log back in. Shows Home Loan. Will NOT let me pay. What is the point of this app??!! Also it won’t let me back in on the old My Home Loan app.

I recently got a mortgage account with Citizens Bank. When I go to get tax documents or see when payment is due online or with the app it says my account does not exist. I have called and been left on hold for over an hour and a half on three different phone numbers that I have called for help. I can get through to the IRS quicker. Absolutely worst service and app I have ever had.

Logging onto my cable provider requires more security that this bank. THEY NEED BETTER AUTHENTICATION. I am considering changing banks because of this.
Taken away features that are useful

Like tapping on a pay to see what your last payment was with them. Or taken away where you can look at a glance to see your balance so you don’t have to go into the app to do so And this appears to be writing and I cannot see what I am typing the screen is blank
Sign in issue

This is the only app that automatically signs me out multiple times prior to letting me sign in. Very annoying. Especially since I log out every time I leave the app and don’t even wait for it to log me out. And I know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.
