App will turn blank with lines through it, only way to fix it is to move the app, but it keeps happening.

I just joined Chewy because a friend of mine recently had one of her dogs pass away and Chewy’s compassion was beyond anything I have ever witnessed with a company. When she contacted them about returning an expensive shampoo and the reason why they sent a heartfelt email and said she could keep the shampoo and donate it to a shelter. However when she checked her account she noticed she had been refunded the complete purchase amount. Thinking there was an error she emailed them back to let them know that they had refunded her for items she had already opened and their response was yet again amazing! They said not to worry about it that they were just so sorry for her loss. THEN, she received beautiful flowers from Chewy with a hand written note from Whitney! And it didn’t stop there. When my friend posted a pic on FB about the amazing thoughtfulness of Chewy. Chewy commented on her post expressing their condolences again and saying they are there for her even if she needs to talk! I was just completely blown away by this and I knew Chewy was going to be my go to for all my pet supply needs from this day forward. I signed up immediately and I will tell everyone I know how great they are. Thank you Chewy for having such a kind human approach to your customers in a day and age where that is easily lost through .com companies. You truly made my friend feel the love. It doesn’t hurt that my dogs food and treats a cheaper on Chewy than in my local stores. Great job Chewy, I am happy to be a new customer!

The sort and filter button is constantly popping up as I scroll and stop that’s just annoying as hell not helpful remove that and I’ll give a better review till they I’m deleting

I have heard about chewy a couple of times, then I decided to download the app and try it! Only had it a couple of days, ordered some things yesterday for a few pets of mine. One was my mom’s and my pup. He had a back injury a week ago. So I needed to get a few things to help him along with his recovery. Unfortunately he had passed yesterday, I called Chewy to ask to cancel part of my order. A wonderful lady named Sophie answered, she helped me through the process. She was so caring and kind! She gave me a refund, as well as sent love to my household for our loss. She also asked me to donate the items I had canceled to a shelter to help other animals! I’m so grateful I could help other pets and animals that need things! I appreciate this app so much! It’s very convenient, awesome deals and prices. And has a very widespread selection of things for different animals. As well as very supportive and helpful customer service! They are always there when you need someone! I recommend the chewy app 100%! I will continue to use their app for the things I need for my animals, as well as share my experience with others and how blessed it was!

App crashes constantly

If a press the x button to look at another product it shuts the whole app off, and I have to search for it all over again. I don’t like that it doesn’t save all of my favorites. I honestly believe I will stick with amazon. Same price. Better app. Faster shipping (with Prime).

AMAZING customer service. I’ve had a package delivered to the wrong address (my fault) and they sent me a new package no questions asked. Received a package where the cleaner leaked... new cleaner sent same day! The auto ship is a life saver! Thank you Chewy!

Prices are no better

Prices constantly go up and are no better than PetSmart or Amazon. Huge difference in cost.

4.75 stars. Gorgeous functional app. Excellent service. My only quibble is the fact that you cannot create additional auto-shipments without using the cart (I wanted to set it up so that I could get a different flavored case of food each month, repeating every 6-12 months).

I love that I can get all of my pets needs including prescription medication. Their prices are lower than large chained pet stores too. I really appreciate that they ship less than 24 hours after placing an order. I’m so glad I found Chewy! Thank you guys!

Incredible, if you leave a negative review they will not post it. They say they need two days before they can post it. But they will never post it. Added: look at their response! They just don’t care. Added: fake reviews! Not buying from them anymore
