Great UX, Great Restaurants, Terrible Customer Service – Caviar - Order Food Delivery Review

The app has so many great restaurants. I just wish they had customer service to match. They often cancel orders with no warning and they don’t offer any compensation or help with reordering. They also change orders to pickup when it was meant to be a delivery. When you speak to customer service they give you a generic response “I wish I could help you.”
