Keeps saying “oops we've run into an error”. It’s done this 4 times within the last 10 minutes after restarting the app each time

LOVE EVERYTHING about CarMax! We have bought SEVERAL cars from them and we KEEP going back! The EASE of the whole car-shopping experience, from shopping on the lot to shopping on the app is EASY and EFFORTLESS, the option to transfer a vehicle is FANTASTIC, the friendly and honest customer service that is across EVERY CarMax store (we have shopped at several locations) and the quality of every vehicle we have purchased!! We can’t say ENOUGH good things about CarMax!! In fact, we jokingly say, the only “bad” thing about CarMax is...IF you love the whole car shopping experience....BECAUSE they make it so easy to find your perfect vehicle, your car shopping experience is short-lived!! LOL!! CarMax truly IS THE WAY CAR BUYING SHOULD BE!
