Including an email address as well as my password is, understandably for my own personal protection, but I thought the fingerprint recognition feature eliminated the need to do all that.
Can’t save favorites

App won’t let me save a car to my favorites. It keeps telling me there’s been an error when I try to heart a vehicle. Please fix this bug!

I paid a few months in advance on my payment. Before the update I was told my next payment was due in February of I believe $300 &’ something. Now it says that $0.00 is due in December . Like why would that be changed? I'd really like to be able to see ahead of when my real next payment is due. I found it really helpful . That was my favorite part about the app . I like to make payments in advanced just in case &’ now I can’t see my real due date where I owe money . Please bring that back

I miss some of the features from your previous app, mainly the car maintenance log and the place to keep car documents. I wish you would add these features to the new app. I bought my car last year and am not looking to buy a car currently. For this reason, I have little use for your app. I would look at your app regularly if I kept my car maintenance information on it.

Recently this app has been very buggy. Constantly telling you the app is having technical issues at the moment. After updating, still getting the same error message

The stupid app is always down for maintenance. I haven’t been able to view my payment history in over a week, it just says “thanks for sticking with us through our upgrade”

Carmax is terrific. I purchased a car three years ago and in the market to replace it. Carmax has given me a very good trade in number and their vehicle selection is wide and wonderful. The car I own now was shipped to my local Carmax location within a few days. The idea of being able to look nationwide for that perfect vehicle is truly superb service. Carmax is the way to go if you are buying a used car.
