Not happy with this app

I am not happy with this app. Touch ID does not work. And it basically feels like it’s just an app that will continually try to get me to get a different car. You have to go through so many different fields in order to get to the pay or statement area.
Bad customer service

You’re waiting on the phone to speak with customer service. As soon as they answer the phone the person on the other ends (customer rep) hangs up. If you don’t like your job kindly leave and let others who want and love their job get it. Now, I have to call back Carmax again and wait another hour to speak with customer service. Also, Carmax your app is not customer friendly.
Need option to pay principal

Every other auto app as an option to pay down principal. Time to catch up CarMax.
Just like any other Business.

They have a late fee of 47 bucks .You can run any business and just make a profit on late fees alone. Bank of America just drop its fees . Congress needs to stop this stuff. Companies can run ads all they want but when you act this ways you deserve nobody’s business. As a conservative I now change my mind on raising taxes on businesses. Very few care about the customer. Just the your money.
Car transferred over a month ago and still not ready
Disorganized orginization
CarMax tried to avoid anyone talking to this local offices. You call in and are touted to the call center. Then they relay messages with the local store and you. Very frustrating experience. Starting to feel like I am getting the run around so I won’t buy the car.
