I’ve been here on the CarMax app for just a short while and I can’t sense anything bad about it. It appears to be everything they said it would and more comforting/obliging than I imagined. I expect to find my next car soon.

CarMax is a great asset to search for a used good price and mileage car - truck- or suv. CarMax I have seen different lots of CarMax I am convinced you can find a hood reliable car-truck-pickup -to me these lots only have the best that will score convenience to customers and potential buyers-thanks CarMax.

I have had great experiences with CarMax in the past, but this app is so frustrating that I may not choose CarMax again. Constant “oops, ran into an error” when trying to filter and search. Please fix ASAP!

Why? The new changes are terrible. You made it so much harder to find what I’m looking for. More steps that where so much easier before. Bring the old one back. Also making it seem like you have to sign up to use the app will lose you many customers. Most people shopping want to look with out giving any info till they are ready. I won’t use any shopping apps and that require any info before I shop and delete them.
