I sent in a payment through my bank two weeks early and it was returned. I called Carmax and they said I was set up on automatic payments. Then on the date the payment was supposed to come out, it didn’t but it said I am late on my payment.

I keep getting an update for the app changing but there is nothing to update. It’s causing an issue with my bill pay. I’ve reported this multiple times.

New owners app is way worse

In the old app, payments were simple. In this app, it often says that you owe a balance when you don’t (balance due repopulates 1-2 days before due date but due date doesn’t push so it will tell you that you owe ex. $360 tomorrow when you already paid.) Also in the old app when you made extra payments it would push out your due date to the next month… here it doesn’t show how many months ahead you are. The old app was much better for owners!

Im Really disappointing in CarMax I was sold a garbage car and treated like a modern day slave when I addressed the issue after them attempting to fix the problems they did not fix. My time has been wasted I have a car that smells like gasoline that pay almost 600 a month for. ?????
Saved searches don’t work

Only reason I downloaded this is to have a saved search for cars in my price range. The price range part of the saved search doesn’t save. That’s the most important part.

I have to take pictures of my account everyday because I noticed that it’s taking way to long to pay my car off, well come to find out they add money everyday to your account to keep you from paying it off faster. I know it might sound silly that they add a few cents to a few dollars everyday but it makes you stay in the loan longer. We don’t owe much but once I pay them off I will never buy another car again. Our experience has been terrible.
