I like the app and it’s easy to navigate. Making debit cards accessible for payments would make life easier and faster for everyone. This is just my opinion.

I like using carmax to maybe look for another car. I really like the app, it gives a lot of detail about the cars. But if y’all are trying to sell a 132k Audi rs6 and the picture that’s supposed to be the whole dashboard is just the steering wheel there is something wrong. It’s not just that but in some cars the pictures are too dark to see anything. And it’s not just the Audi, it’s all sorts of trucks and cars. (Only exception are single cabs because it’s difficult to get a good picture of the dash)That’s not how you market a car online. (If y’all need someone to take actual good pictures of the cars hmu)

Having the worst first car buying experience

I purchased my vehicle on 10/25/2021, my check engine light came on 2 days later. I could not get my vehicle checked until a week later. Given a long list of repairs needed on the vehicle. Now a couple days later the vehicle is not driving over 40mph, the vehicle is vibrating and engine light continuously blink if you go go over 40/50mph. I have been calling the service department at the location where I purchased my vehicle everyday, they don’t answer and you can’t leave voicemails because their inbox is full. I went to the CarMax closer to where I live, they can’t fix my car until 2 weeks. I’m highly upset that I can’t drive my first new car only a week after buying it.

Carmax is the best place to choose when you are looking for a new car. They have the best prices for really nice cars. I tell everyone to go to Carmax !

Always down, and there is no way to make payment not even by phone.

I do no appreciate that the date of payment is not accepted as a date of payment when scheduling a payment online. The date of payment has to be on a day prior to the due date in order to schedule a payment online. This is very inconvenient to me and others who are attempting to make use of a supposedly convenient service offered by CarMax financial.

Leave the web app alone

I was very happy with the old app it was fast and convenient. Since you made the switch to this new app there has been nothing but problems.

Too hard to pay

I can’t pay with my credit card. They make you pay with an account Instead of letting me pay immediately. Then if Something else hits my account and the payment isn’t processed. They punish you by making you talk to a supervisor and the only way you can pay is by card. I was also told that if the account gets 30 days behind you can then pay with a card. Why make it so hard to make a payment
