Why did you kill off the recent searches on the front page of the app. So frustrating.

So I spend over 6 months looking for an suv and they were all really bad deals and car sale men trying to rip me off. One night I saw a CarMax commercial and it sounds silly ..but I was like well what do I have to loose. I read up on the company and downloaded the app. A week later I found something I liked and had the local car max hold the car for me. Six hours later I had a pre owned suv for half the price of what the local car dealers in my are was selling it and with lots of insurance such as gap insurance and warranty!!!! I 100 percent recommend car max and they sales rep from maple shade nj Brandon was amazing !!!??????????????

This app went from 5 star to 1.

Previously, cars could be sorted by fuel economy. You could sort by highway or city economy. Recently both options have been removed. Took away one of the most useful features.

CarMax is definitely not the deal or the experience it used to be and I’ve bought 5 cars there starring in 2005. I think I’m someone who can rate CarMax.

Ever since car max issued their update the app crashes every time I use it. Very frustrating...

You can’t save a search. They show you a feature to see your saved searches. But there is no where to click on a button to save a search.

New App is HORRIBLE

The old version was great, start a search based on filters from the beginning. The new version is awful, get ads for cars I have absolutely no interest in when I open the app, have to go through several screens to get to the ability to do a filtered search. The old app had the “start a search” button when you opened it that took you directly to the filters. PUT IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS! And fire whoever is responsible for the new version.
