Horrible Misleading experience every!

A fairly simple transaction turned out to be no less than six trips, five different representatives, two different managers, none of which had the same story. The sales reps are not trained so we we’re misinformed on all aspects. You have to repeat your story every time you go in. I would not recommend Carmax to anyone. If you shop here have a manager involved and get everything in writing.
