Touch ID isn't working for me on the app. I love that you are offering it, and the app is great! Just wished the touch sign on worked.

The fingerprint ID implementation doesn't work, even after setting it up it keeps reverting back to text login. Also the overall UI is a confusing mess, way too many options to turn on or off. I just want something that informs me when a charge has been made to my account, not all this.

This is not an app for account changes and Touch ID does work when you don't close the app. If you go away from the app to something else and come back, Touch ID is prompted and uses that instead of having to log back in. With this app, I get a notification every time my card is used. It will also tell me why my card is declined and whatnot. If I see a charge come through and it's not me, I can turn my card off immediately and not have to worry about a ton of fraud happening. Sometimes the interface isn't perfectly user friendly, but they're always working on it to improve that. The newer version is much better than the previous version. Overall a great app if you use it for what it is designed for.

Great app. Lots of controls but I just use the alerts and already shut my card down once and stopped some fraud!

This is such a fantastic app for controlling my credit cards and this new version fixes the minor bugs. Registration is a breeze as long as you follow directions. Love that I get alerted for each transaction and I can control where and how my cards are used. This is a must app for your phone.

Thank you Co-Op and Oakland County Credit Union for this great app! Thank to this app I was able to stop several purchases that were being done by stolen information. Saving me and OCCU $300. This app gives me piece of mind. Thanks again!
Clitchy functionality

It is hard to feel secure about the App, the finger recognition works for a moment and then logs you off. That broken functionality could have security issues. Cut and paste for passwords do not work, so using 1pass or lastpass is difficult when using a 16+ digit random password. This is a great idea, but needs security fixes.
