I’ve had this app on my phone since I got my camera about 3-4 years ago and I love it. I love being able to transfer pictures to my phone and I LOVE the remote live view for taking pictures where touching the camera would cause the camera to shake. I love it and between the camera & the app I’m a Canon patron for life.

It randomly drops and is difficult to get a connection sometimes. But when it works man is it handy! Please fix this app because I want it to work EVERY TIME so badly!
What happens to RAW support?!

What happened?! I used to import RAW (CR2) images onto my iPhone/iPad all the time..now it only gives me the option to save JPEG??? What is the point of being able to shoot in raw if you can't edit the raw files?

I’ve had this app for a few years & have learned to be careful about updating it because something always goes wrong. I just got a new 77D & the app called for an update. I updated it. Now my iPhone won’t recognize any NEW photos from the camera. Why did I update? I feel like crying because I have an important job that needs to be finished. Please fix the ‘newer camera’ update. Please.
Very difficult to connect

Rarely connected “easy”, and if you hit the wrong button, you’ll be disconnected and have to mess around with it for an hour during your shoot to figure it out again. Also disconnects every single time your phone goes dark. Useless.

I love the program and the ability to take pictures with family... The one thing that needs changed is the ability to use a volume button or any physical button that I can feel it’s hard to get your finger in the right spot on a touch screen when trying to be part of the photo. Thanks
Bring back EOS Remote
This nicknane crap is useless
This app is horrible. After the last apple update I can no longer save photos from either app. EOS Remote was far easier to use than Camera Connect.

whyyyyyy did you remove the feature to download a CR2 file as raw instead of jpeg!? Absolutely ridiculous.
