I have a PowerShot ELPH 360 HS and it supported my camera perfectly, everything was completely fine. I recently got a new EOS Rebel T3i and it doesn’t have my camera at all. I’m not sure if it’s the camera that doesn’t support bluetooth or if the app doesn’t support my camera, if I could get some answers that would be great. Thank you, though, for supporting my PowerShot.

I’ve had this app for about 3 years now, and it hasn’t given me any problems. Until recently, I’ve noticed that there are loads and loads of empty canon t6 albums that are on my phone...and it seems like the only way I can get rid of them is if I do it manually, and I’m sure there is over 1500 empty albums taking up space on my phone.

Has created thousands of “Canon EOS Rebel T6i” albums for no reason, all of them empty and only way to delete them is one by one! And read this happens quite often as many users have reported the same error and canon has the same “we’ll call you in 2 business days” bs.

i should be able to use this app even if the camera was made in 2012 or so all i’m saying is this app is made for every camera so therefore let old camera users use it jesus christ

This app is a joke. The pairing process is overly complex and doesn’t work. Canon please fix this.

I am so glad I don’t need to use this often. Because it’s extremely glitchy. Doesn’t always connect. And that’s sort of the point. Get it together, Canon.

Half of the time it doesn’t work and after the update it won’t connect at all. I am surprised Canon does not have a team that would work to make this app better for al the Canon users!

This app is horrible. I’ve had a hard time getting it to connect to my phone from the beginning and now it won’t even open. Canon failed miserably with this one.
