I’ve been trying to grow my YouTube channel, and the videos I take on my camera sometimes, and sometimes won’t, save to my phone?? It’s super upsetting because I don’t want to have to go back and re-record everything, and I’m not in the position where I have a great laptop to edit on rn.

I have tried to connect and transfer images for over and hour. The app keeps disconnecting even though my camera says it’s still connected. It repeatedly crashes. Then you think you’re getting lucky when you can finally see the 62 images you took yesterday and proceed to download them to your phone. But don’t get your hopes up yet! BAM! Disconnected AGAIN!!! For as much money we spend on their cameras, it is super disappointing that they cannot develop a decent app. I would even be willing to purchase the app if it freaking worked!!! Sooooooo frustrating! Get your ? together Cannon!

The app it’s good it’s just it might be slow in the beginning or it might not be the thing your looking for but if you want to get the photos on your phone it’s pretty good

I got to use the old app to connect easily to both my iPad and iPhone 5, it was great. The new app is HORRIBLE, won't connect to either device. I have uninstalled devices, reinstalled; disconnected wifi, reconnected wifi... Same results: app NOT working! I really was enjoying being able to transfer photos to my phone, I guess I am out of luck again! Please PLEASE Canon, fix this ASAP!!

I’m surprised this app hasn’t been updated yet. It’s SO HARD to connect my camera to up 80% of the time and that’s super inconvenient. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP! I love my camera but what sold me was being able to upload my pictures quickly there’s no reason it should be this hard to get my picture from my camera to my phone.

When this software manages to make a connection between the phone and the camera, the app is acceptable. However; it so rarely connects that I feel frustrated almost every time I think about picking the camera up to use it. It's bad enough to make me wish I'd purchased a different camera. Every time I want to use it, and want to connect it to the camera, it takes me fifteen times longer trying to get the connection made, often having to reboot my phone a time or two, or uninstall and reinstall the app (and reboot the phone) just to sometimes get it to connect. I have better things to do with my life and my time.
Doesn’t work with EOS M3 anymore

This app doesn’t work with EOS M3 anymore after upgraded. It used to work before upgrade, please fix it.

Seems to want to disconnect camera for no reason after about a minute long connection. Not sure what is causing it.
