A Bot is NOT Customer Service – ByNext - Home Help, Delivered Review

I waited 3.5 hours for my delivery and missed a half-day of work while the Cleanly Bot lead me to believe it would be just another 15 minutes. I understand unforeseen circumstances. What I find so infuriating is that there is no way to connect with a human being for service. The Bot’s giving me a $5. Trivializes the issue. They may know how to wash and fold, but they need to learn consideration for the customer’s time. Customers before Bots.
