So, now at least three or four times a day I have to unplug my speakers and plug them back in to get them to work with the other speakers they were fine before the update so I don’t know what happened but please fix it it is supremely annoying. I hope this isn’t the beginning of the end for support for these devices that I really haven’t had that long and spent a lot of money on. So there was a new update today that I was hesitant to install because I was afraid it would make it worse and guess what it did make it worse speakers cut off in the middle of a program and then I have to unplug them and plug them back in sometimes I have to re-attach them to my Wi-Fi again because they can’t find it searching for a speaker that seems to be what it does the best but when it works it works great Every time I update these things I stop staying connected to each other and in general to the Wi-Fi very very annoying like seriously the next time it says update I don’t want to do it

The app still has problems staying connected to Bluetooth devices I.e. tablets and phones. But whenever it's connected it works

Why under source can you only change between Bluetooth and SoundTouch why not let me switch to cable,game and tv too?? I would give 5 stars if these core features that should of been in this app from day one are implemented

Constant updates. Any time you want to use two speakers in two rooms you need to spend 30 minutes updating firmware, redoing settings, connecting WiFi. WiFi is Bose’s synonym for lose settings and connections. Before Bise bots jump in: no, other wireless devices don’t have the problems. Bose morons built-in an auto turnoff ‘feature’ which is supposed to be controlled by settings but it isn’t, the speakers turn off anyway.
