The sound quality on this product is excellent. No complaints on that end. Also the bar itself is very attractive and compliments my entertainment system. The only complaint I have is that I wish I can see the system settings on the tv instead of having to do everything on the app. Overall very satisfied with this product.

No longer have the app to control base & treble. Appears if I pay $35 per year I can. I feel like taking a hammer to it & placing it in front of the store with a note. Bose rep was no help, plus couldn’t understand him. Also needed Wi-Fi which has increased to approx $80 per month just to listen to something that is high priced with no ability to control except volume

Only problem I ever have is sometimes after updates I have to reconnect from square one. Resubmitting my wifi information etc etc

We bought a Bose surround sound system a few years back and the sound is great from the speakers. Bose ha definitely got that going for them. The major problem is using this app to play them. The main issue is it is so SLOW to use and navigate. It is always searching! Lots of errors pop up when you switch from Pandora to Spotify. Totally not user friendly. Also if you try to close out the app to shut the speakers down it keeps playing?? I think I’m gonna have to figure out how to bypass it and just play music without the app. That’s how frustrating it is to use.

What a piece of garbage. A college grad could have written higher quality app! Searching….. searching…. Can’t find your speaker…. Again and again! Ugh… I have to setup my speaker EVERY TIME I use it. Not every day,. No. Every. Single. Time. So frustrating. I expected so much more from a brand like Bose. Never again.

I am delighted, sound is clear , pure, it’s easy to manage, very flexible, best holiday present ever , the entire family is enjoying our new Bose system ? love it??????

This app has been two years of frustration. It sporadically can’t find your speakers, drops, does not synchronize. It just does not work in any predictable reliable way whatsoever. I am going to sell my Soundtouch speakers for whatever I can get. I need to be done with this horrible system. Bose has really dropped the ball on this one.
