Connection nightmare of SoundTouch 300

The app unable to find speaker on Wifi, unless resetting the speaker every time. The HDMI ARC unable to detect Samsung tv. The whole setup is pretty much nightmare. The app itself has no sound customization. Almost useless to use.

I love my sound touch. I have music in every room of my house, upstairs and down and also on my back porch so I can hear it when I am out on my patio. Greatest thing since sliced bread
Always: Searching For Speaker

Do a Internet search on the phrase above and you will see that the Bose sound touch speakers have a long-standing problem where the app simply does not consistently connect to the speakers. This is a known problem since 2018, but Bose hasn’t fixed it in more than two years. Stay away from these speakers and this app until Bose fixes the problem.

Major issues in connecting to a new speaker

The speaker is set up with the WiFi and actually playing but most of the time it takes minutes that the app will find the speaker. To add a new speaker I had to reinstall the app.
