Please. Fix. The. App.

I am in love with my sleep buds - I use them every night, and they are truly incredible. But please, Bose...... for the love of God... fix it up because the app is insufferable. Everything takes so long on it! Maybe it's because every time I put them in, I'm exhausted, and I just want to get to sleep - I don't know. I really do love the sleep buds, but I would love them so much more if the app wasn't so frustrating!

Better sounds!!
mattowe

While I do really like these, I really wish the quality of the sound library was better. You can hear loops starting , muffled at times, too high pitched sometimes, just the overall quality of them is just poor. I can get better sound out of my ‘80’s clock radio. Also there should be a better way to adjust the volume, it should be able to go louder as well.

Masks snoring partner; app font size is too tiny
Swizski

These sleep buds mask even loud snoring from my husband and I can finally sleep soundly all night despite the noise. The second generation fixed the many problems that I had with the original version. One issue with the app: For some odd reason, Bose uses an incredibly small and light font for an app that is a sleep app. I do not sleep with my reading glasses on, and I cannot read the app when I want to hit snooze. The “snooze” and “dismiss” are labeled in about 6 point font and I can’t tell which is which, even though there is so much empty space in the screen! Please adjust you font so the forty+ users can snooze a few minutes! Even better, my other free sleep app has a shake to snooze feature that I love! C’mon Bose - you can do that! I included the tiny font comment in a customer service survey a few months ago but am still waiting for an update.

Love the sleep buds but…
d you hbx FYI hb

You need better sounds, a few of them are great but the rest of them all sound exactly the same. The rain does not sound like rain it sounds like an airplane with headphones on and so does the rustling and several the other ones. They all sound the same. Get one that actually sounds like rain, and one that is just crickets, so many of them sound exactly the same

Finally Getting a Good Night’s Sleep!!!

The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that I’m hoping a couple minor improvements could be made. More sounds such as rolling thunder, night frogs and bugs (like cicadas and/or crickets), tropical birds, wind in trees, and the like. Also, I would LOVE to be able to layer some of the sounds to tailor the sounds to me specifically. I will never use the “tranquilities” because they kinda creep me out. ? All that being said, I still LOVE them and use them every blessed night!

Nice sleepbuds
Norm480

So far I like there a lot. My only complaint is that they need to add more alarm and phone notifications. I do emergency on calls and having more notification sounds would be nice as I get use to sounds and after a while they might not wake me up. Other than that they are great.

App needs work

The sleepbuds are great but I would like to be able to view “My Sounds” in a list or grid format. Not just the ability to scroll thru the sounds or browse all sounds.

Drowns out snoring but sound bank too limited
Chinitsu San

I wish these sleep buds would let me listen to my database of sleep meditations. Although the bose sleep app’s white noise library helps to drown out snoring noises, I normally listen to guided meditations to wind down. But there’s no way for me to listen to my own audios with these sleepbuds. I pray that the 3rd version of these ear buds would allow users to listen to their own audios. Also, hope they’ll be able to make the earbuds softer… they do hurt if you are a side sleeper.

Sleep buds are great, app is horrible and glitchy
enriquem13

The app glitches out all the time…notifications don’t appear on Lock Screen (yes, I’ve turned on that setting even to ‘persistent’ notifications), the snooze feature glitches out, sometimes when I change an alarm it appears to change a different one, and sometimes the alarm goes off a few seconds apart on each earbud so the sound isn’t synced on both ears (that last part isn’t as big a deal). Please fix the glitchy app. If it worked properly I think this app would definitely deserve 5-stars.

Please add more sounds to be downloaded. Such as pink and brown noise as I struggle with tinnitus. Individual ear volume control would be a nice feature as not all ears are in the same condition. Very nice product - no sound, however, is quite at the level I need. The campfire noise masking sound works best for me as the crickets in the background mask my tinnitus. It would be nice to mute the fire sound and just have crickets. My tinnitus is a high pitch whistle.
