So Annoying!

Add a freaking search button

This app is really annoying. When you have to get your information emailed it takes forever meanwhile people reading the material on site are getting taken in before you supposedly being “rapid”. Then the page content doesn’t completely load and doesn’t allow you to continue in spite of checking every box and you have to reload and start over. Huge time consumption on limited work time.

OK, but not for iPad

shelbing

This app is optimized for iPhone. Works on iPad, but not full screen and forces portrait view.

It’s good. For what I can access...

Little Lightning Girl

I am a blood donor, but I’m 16. I have my mom sign for me when I go and I even have a blood donor card. The only thing it lets me do without signing in is see where there are drives going on, which is great and all, but it’d be nice if I could sign in. When I try it says I’m too young and does not allow me to sign in even with my card number. I got the app because it does so much more and it looked like a pretty cool tool to keep track of my donation dates and things, but I can’t do any of that.

App

Terriweb

The app has improved as far as the rapid pass working but if you want to follow the blood journey it doesn’t work. The last blood journey i can view is in March 11 and I have donated twice since then

Account creation is broke

GOK09

I went to create an account was told my email already had one. It was unable to find my account with that email for a reset. It was unable to create an account and didn't give a useful error.

Not Team Friendly

You can create teams but then the members you try to invite can’t join! I am a board member for an organization and thought this would be an interactive way for our members to track our progress as a whole. I created the team but members can’t join when I invite them, I can’t control the basic “profile” of the team, I’m supposedly not allowed to add our logo to the picture for easier search access for our members (you know because people are likely to associate with a picture than scroll through and find a name), and every time I donate our team impact/lives changed number never changes. This potentially can be a very good interactive tool for groups to get involved, but until these basic things are fixed it will still lack and be sub-par.

So so

EmmaCreek

I appreciate the rapid pass function and ability to schedule but the “my blood journey” doesn’t work for platelets, and hasn’t registered my last donation.

Helpful

NC Sgt WB

This Red Cross app is very helpful. It contains your donor card as well as lots of other information. Well worth having.

Concept is great, execution is garbage

Ungas buddy

This app, while the potential of what is available is neat, it rarely works the way it should. I wish the Red Cross would get the nearest 20 yr old to get this thing working properly and gets more reliable.

Love it!!!

Russianusa

Keeps me motivated and on track with what and when I have donated. I love all the badges you can earn, it gives you something to work towards and like I said , it keeps you motivated!!
