Terrible customer service

After contacting me twice to change an order from Gigi’s cupcakes due to the restaurant being sold out of multiple items, I was still sent the wrong order. In the end (after three phone calls), they refunded one cupcake and gave me a five dollar credit on Bite Squad while the one cupcake I received that I wanted cost me $10. Terrible customer service.

Worst delivery service ever! For some reason if your order goes thru 4 times DO NOT accept the extra food!!! If you do they will not refund you!! Even if they are at fault entirely! REFUSE ANY MISTAKES!

Bite squad is the best food delivery service in breviary county. Everything I’ve ordered has been on time and the food hot. I’ve ordered from Grubhub , Uber eats and DoorDash and the food is either late or I have to warm up when it’s delivered Hats off to the bite squad

The simplest orders seem to be the hardest delivery, for example, pizza. How do you mess that up? Got my pizza in the form of a pile of cheese, meat and bread. Should’ve just ordered a bag of pizza

Why send a mailer to my home if you don’t deliver here?

I received bite squads flyer in the mail and I was excited to try the app only to find out they don’t deleiver to my house. Why send the mailer then?!

Customers come last even before a Hurricane

I ordered food through the ChowCab app. They are now considered BiteSquad. My food was expired and smelled like body odor. It smelled so bad that I had to bag it up multiple times and throw it in the garbage. I stated that I ordered out solely to preserve my canned food for Hurricane Dorian, which is approaching. Canned food is scarce due to the severity of this hurricane. Therefore, I cannot afford to consume my canned food when the power goes out. Even after stating this to their customer service, they didn’t even attempt to assist me. This is a highly unethical company that only cares about receiving their customers’ money. I deleted their app and will NEVER use their services again. Even before a hurricane, these money hungry leaches can care less about supporting their customers. I usually get mad about things like this. However, this is just downright pathetic. I wish I would’ve never wasted my money.

Delivery time is not what is estimated. This has happened twice with two different restaurants. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes PAST the expected delivery time before my food was delivered cold. Do not waste your time!

Received a pizza order with incorrect toppings. Wrote bitesquad to complain but seeing as we had waited an hour for the order, decided just to eat the pizza as we were starving. Took bitesquad till the next day to reply, to which they said we need a picture of the pizza. Employee was obtuse the entire chat conversation and I ended up leaving the message that we should probably just work direct with the restaurant from now on. Didn’t seem to care. This is the 3rd wrong order I have had, and customer service seems to get worse each time. Deleting the app from my phone. Not worth the hassle.

This is honestly the worst food delivery app. They don’t send your order to the restaurant until they have a driver ready, which in my experience means waiting 45 minutes BEFORE the food starts cooking. I only ever have this issue with this food delivery app.
