They delivered to the wrong house and I sat on the phone with the customer service while they did basically nothing. They called the driver and he never answered because his shift was over. I never got my food and all they gave me was a refund. There should be some kind of punishment for this level of incompetence. You over pay anyway because you have to order everything separately anyway. A waste of money.

I wish I could rate it zero stars I have gotten my order wrong 8 times in a row and when I talk to customer service they went under my order and changed everything so they can save their drivers

The food was horrible and I was instructed by the restaurant that bite squad would handle the refund. Instead they gave me a $10 credit which wasn’t even a third of my order. Very disappointed. Will not be using this service again.

Horrible customer experience

Most of the time there was no issue. My home is in a weird spot but I mean there’s a dot on a map where I am. It got to be half the time the driver asked me to walk down to the road to get my food. The final straw was when the driver left my food just sitting on someone else’s doorstep. I was livid. I tried calling, their Indian support people could do nothing but tell me to email. I emailed a few times and never got a response. Ever. Just avoid them.

I rarely used bite squad, I used waitr and now that they are merged, I can’t see why. I can’t schedule donuts from a place that opens at 5am until 11:15am. There is only ONE donut shoppe available in bite squad. Where waitr has a plethora of options. The bite squad people had to call me just now to tell me that the restaurant was out of apple fritters, go figure, it’s almost lunch time! They are terrible, the app is terrible. I can’t even get the in app chat started to tell them about anything. I’m going to be finding a new food delivery service. RIP Waitr, you will be missed.

After a “glitch” during the first 5 minutes of my chat with them which caused me to wait on hold for 20 minutes until i typed a ? and reopened it (I had to argue with Majed and show screenshots that I never left the conversation). I was told the best the could do for my completely horrible order was a $2.50 refund. I order through them all the time from a different restaurant and have had orders late without ever complaining. Which apparently that is something they will refund for. Today it was the wrong item and the food was subpar. Well Majed made sure to give me the most attitude he could while telling me the best that could do was $2.50. I couldn’t believe the amount of attitude I received. He even tried telling me the refund isn’t a customer service issue and that’s a restaurant issue. Well I will gladly use Postmates now. I gave 2 stars only because my sushi order was usually on time and right but this was a really low blow for me. A customer never deserves an attitude.

Decent enough service, have used it a couple times. But the app has started spamming notifications about “specials”. Deleted the app since there are other delivery services that don’t spam me.

I’m upset because I had ordered food from a restaurant and because my food wasn’t cooked all the way(undercook still red) that I would receive a refund. I have not received a refund or an apology from the restaurant. That is poor customer service I’m no longer doing any type of food delivery with bitesquad AGAIN!!!!!
