app said one hour delivery.....then that number kept moving out. The restaurant is three miles away....

Whenever I go to place an order it encounters an unexpected error. I pull up the desktop version and place the same order and card and it works just fine!

Gabe, if every review is listing the same complaint, the absolute worst thing you can do is post copies of the same vague request to email you in response. And then the rare positive review of the app gets no response from him. Fix the problems instead my dude

I really like this app and service. The app would be so much better tho if it had the option of group orders. It’s more convenient if everyone can pay for their own food when group orders are made.

If so, then Bite Squad is for you! I’m ok with paying extra for the convenience of food delivery. What was about $60 worth of food will cost almost $100 after inflated prices, several fees, and a mandatory drivers tip. But we’ve had multiple issues with delivery taking way longer than estimated and arriving cold. Bite Squad’s solution is to offer a $5 credit toward a future purchase or maybe $25-30 if you press them. But after the last delivery, I got wise when the customer service rep blamed the restaurant for taking so long. I called the restaurant directly which informed me that my food had been ready for a half hour and they were waiting for the driver. When the food arrived nearly an hour after the expected delivery time, my family was hungry and we didn’t have time to make other plans. So we took the cold food (congealed Thai peanut sauce looks disgusting, BTW) and ate it. And we paid about $100 for the privilege. My credit card company said that because we took delivery, that we couldn’t dispute the charges since Bite Squad wouldn’t issue a refund for their terrible service. So...no more Bite Squad for me.

The app is great. My local drivers are amazing. The customer service leaves something to be desired. I recently ordered from the wrong restaurant. (Could’ve sworn I quadruple checked that it was the nearest one but when the order was placed it switched. But I was nursing bruised ribs and a sick boyfriend so who knows. Maybe it’s my own fault.) The restaurant was more than understanding and cancelled immediately. And yet here I sit with a 30 dollar charge for goods I did not receive. Every time I try to contact them, they suddenly don’t respond to my problem. Live chat closes out after waiting so long for a response, and I can’t get back to it so I’m left to start all over again to once again be ignored. While I know my business is of no concern to them, and my opinion won’t cause much of an affect, I’ll be certain to tell everyone of how absolutely horrible they’re response time is to a problem that isn’t that hard to fix.

I work in a restaurant and we have bitesquad, I’ve used it a good amount of times to know I do not like it. The drivers are rude and it takes an absurd amount of time to get your food. I have seen drivers pull up to my restaurant (while the food had been ready) and sit in their cars for at least like 10 minutes. All the other fees and such make my food come to double the price sometimes. Just not worth it!
