To use the app, members must register using their account number located on their member ID card.

Every time I try to log in it says to check my internet connection. Connection is fine. All other internet devices work. Tried to use cellular data and get the same message with all bars and LTE service. Needs to be fixed!!!
At first when I opened the app I was told I needed to update it. Since I have so updates I thought it was odd. So I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now when I push the app it tells me I have no internet connection. Let's get it together. I expect more from a major corporation. If you can't get an app to work what else are you messing up??
Opens onto an amateur-looking page that just says “check your internet connection and try again" with a retry button underneath. Pressing the button reloads the same error message. Every other app on this phone connects to the internet just fine.
I find it amazing that these billion dollar companies put apps out like it’s the new hot thing to do and then they are deprecated or so useless to the point you just end up deleting them like this one. Get a grip guys.
Doesn’t seem to do anything but show a photo of a family on a pier. They should contact BCBS of California; they have a useful app.
The App never works. I always have to use the normal website on my safari browser to log in. I get various problems each time I try to use the app. My account is already set up and verified, and I use the website frequently. However, the app says my login information is incorrect, or at times, my insurance card is invalid. Over all this is very frustrating.
App is terrible- very difficult to navigate, unable to view dependent claims/information as the subscriber, back button does not bring you back to the previous screen, it takes you back to where you were on the homepage. The user agreements you must read & sign before viewing the my financials section is not optimized for cell phone viewing, the text margin is much too wide and you can’t scroll side to side to see all the text. The website works better for everything.
I’ve entered and re-entered my birthdate several times in the format indicated mm/dd/yyyy (the slashes are automatically added) and I continue to get an invalid date error. As a response can’t complete the registration process for the app.
I tried many times to get this app to work, and it is unreliable and cannot be depended upon for daily use. I also tried to delete my account, tried different credentials, contacted the developer, and finally gave up and deleted the app.
