Broken App: Won't connect to the internet – BCBSMA MyBlue Member App Review

Opens onto an amateur-looking page that just says “check your internet connection and try again" with a retry button underneath. Pressing the button reloads the same error message. Every other app on this phone connects to the internet just fine.
