App doesn't work – BCBSMA MyBlue Member App Review

At first when I opened the app I was told I needed to update it. Since I have so updates I thought it was odd. So I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now when I push the app it tells me I have no internet connection. Let's get it together. I expect more from a major corporation. If you can't get an app to work what else are you messing up??
