After experiencing the app immediately crashing an update has resolved the issue and is now working.

I cannot log in. I set up my password via web, and the web password cannot have special characters. Now, I cannot use the app: the web password doesn’t work (app complains that a special character is required). When I try to register, the app says that I already have an account.

I do not understand why this app won’t let me log in. I put down the right info and it says my password needs to be 8 or more characters long with upper and lower case and numbers which I do. And I have a total of 13 character password. Since it won’t let me I try to click on the forgot password link and now it’s telling me I have the wrong username. What’s wrong with this app. I can log in with the computer just fine but not on the app. Just very inconvenient. It made me upset really. I was trying to look at my ID card but I can’t through here of course.

I fat-fingered my phone number and so it’s incorrect in app. There appears to be no way to edit this. What up with that? Isn’t that development 101?

This is confusing to me. The criteria for passwords are different for the web and for the app, with the app, not the web, requiring a “special character”. So are they using the same password or different ones?

I just installed the app but it keeps telling me the password I want to use must have... blah...blah...blah which it does and THEN when I try to re register thinking that may be the problem I can't because my user ID (email) already exists but I can't do a password recovery because my login credentials aren't valid. I'm going to uninstall and work from the site instead. To bad the app would be handy.

Will not permit registration, asking for card data which does not exist. Then says the account is locked (“AppAuthLocked”). I thought apps were supposed to work, but this one does not.

Password creation on the website will not let you add special characters, but it’s a requirement to log in using the app. Hope they fix this bug.

What exactly is the use for this app if you can't log in? Spent half a day trying to log in or at least reset the password to no avail! I was able to log in a couple months ago but apparently some security features are added to make sure no one can access your information including yourself! I wonder if this app is even tested before release or updates!

Before, I was able to see my HMO Blue card and my Dental one but now I can’t. I can only see the HMO Blue card anything related to that. Every time I click on a link it tells me I need to create a new account.
