This app doesn’t work!

I tried to enter my information to add my card and profile. It had a mandatory security question, but it wouldn’t allow me to answer the question! This app doesn’t work and I wasted too much time trying to get it to work.

I like that information is provided at a chance rather than navigating to find. Can be difficult to change providers though.

The app doesn’t work... I still seeing my old doctor name. Nothing about my medication or labs. So, why should I keep this app on my mobile?

I haven’t seen any recent claims show up on the app. It makes no sense. They’re available on my laptop.

For some reason it only shows me dental claims and info and does not list a single thing about my medical team or claims on that end. Also, the doctor look up and cost estimator is missing the cost estimator. I can only look up doctors, and the rep I spoke to on the phone couldn’t help me. The website doesn’t work for this either. For such a big insurance company you’d think they’d have this sorted out.

This app is pretty nice looking and fairly easy to navigate. It’s got most of the features that the full site has, but not all of them and not as expansive. It’d be cool if the app had that feature that the full site has where there’s an info button next to all the features. I’m new to using insurance, so that info button and even some helpful videos would be cool.

Can’t add my passes to Apple wallet with... all the other things I have. Also, can’t even see my dental plan.

App takes a bit to get use to / esp billing section / explanation of charges not good / hard to figure out what you are being billed for and why / poor explanation of charges.

The app is about as useful as Blue Cross Blue Shield (it’s not) Never has real information that can be used so what’s the point. It would be nice to see how much has been put towards deductible or how much is left on max out of pocket. Avoid Blue Cross and this app
