App hardly ever works! Constantly crashes and says try back later! Waste of time and energy!!!!

Already have login/password, why can't I use it? Why not list my benefits? Why not list my PCP info? Why not allow me to submit form info (I.e. Gym) through app? Fairly useless app.

Why do they need another registration?, it crashes and I have to delete it after several frustrating attempts, a bad design. I have seen great apps by Blue Cross in other states, why can't they come up with a similar one for Massachusetts? Not surprisingly I see very few reviews, most with very poor ratings.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Always says unable to complete request. App is useless, don't waste your time.

One of the annoying things of this app is it doesn't allow you to paste a password from your password manager, and each time you try multi task all de previous info gets deleted. A bad joke for a expensive service

Can't paste passwords. Can't log in with existing account. Can't use passwords longer than 10 characters. Pain to use. Easier to carry the card around.
