5Gha!

5GE is fake news. Quit it.

Useless

I’ve been using this app for 9 months reporting the same incident almost daily. Still no change. This app is of no use. Just makes the user feel that they are being heard, when in reality, it’s a just a big lie.

Great concept, poor execution

This app desperately needs updating. Getting feedback about connectivity is an extremely important tool for AT&T. I had problems years ago with dropped calls & data and felt like I was somehow helping things by using this app. With the 5Ge rollout, I have had connection problems again and went back to this app to find that it had barely been updated in the last 8 years or so! Yikes. AT&T, please update this app and learn how to use the data to make your service better. It helps customers feel like their voice is somehow heard & is valuable information for you to have!

Does not work.

I’ve been reporting NO SERVICE (not slow service, or things taking a while to load) for months and nothing has been done, my tickets keep getting deleted and ignored. I was told by a manager over the phone that the app is no longer supported or used as of 5-1-2019. So why even bother?

Useless

I’ve been using the app for a couple of years now. I’ve been submitting the same issue in the same area for the whole time. 90% of the time I get a response that they are aware of the issue and will notify me when it’s fixed. Anywhere from a few hours, to a few days, to a few months later I’ll get the message that it’s been fixed. No such luck.

It’s no use... nothing is ever done.

When I submit feedback or a mark the spot submission, it fails first try but often goes through the second attempt. The network news is outdated... last update was November of last year. Currently it’s June! It’s frustrating trying to submit a problem when the data network is so slow.

Waste of time

All the app does is send you a text ever time you make a submission and then another text 5 minutes after that service was restored even though nothing has changed. I am pretty sure this app is just an automated text responder and no service is being provided.

Joke

This App is a joke ! 3 towers around me & still slow!! Dont waste your time!! This App is to pacify dissatisfied Users. Not to solve anything!!!

App is as bad as AT&Ts cell service!!

I downloaded this app at the recommendation of an AT&T rep. They promised it would help improve the increasingly terrible service in my area. I have made 20 complaints, using the GPS map built into the app, every day for 6+ months. The service only gets worse. I am reporting f having literally NO SERVICE in an area that their published coverage map claims provides top-notch service 3g/4g+ service. The app is a joke. When service is so poor, or totally nonexistent, the app promises to submit your report once service is restored. That is also a lie. The map inside the app is covered with hundreds of red pins in areas I have reported. It literally says the report was never made even though I get text messages claiming it was. Despite returning to areas with service, or getting on WiFi, the reports are still never made. This entire app is a waste of time, just like AT&T is a waste of money. Do yourself a favor...skip this app and leave AT&T. I never have any issues with my Verizon phone.

AT&T doesn't care.

This app hadn't given accurate network upgrade date information since 2014. Whenever a network shortcoming is reported you'll get a generic reply and 3 days later, without fail, you'll get a message that says the issues been fixed. Take note, it won't be fixed and is usually worse.
