Laughable

Uta Buuta Solo?

My neighbors and I tried this app back in 2014 and we submitted probably 1000+ reports that the service was low to non-existent in our new neighborhood. 5 years later nothing has changed and most people moved on to Verizon. I stayed with AT&T because I apparently like to punish myself. Like others said, it is just a placebo.

Really...

AT&T suggested that I use this to mark areas of bad coverage. I used it years ago. Due to horrible design I gave up and never reinstalled when I upgraded my phone. I’m saddened to see that it looks and functions almost as bad as it did then. Maybe even worse. AT&T either needs to start from the beginning or integrate the “mark” features into the regular AT&T app.

This app is a joke

Att doesn’t care

All low star reviews are dumb.

The app is old. Because it works perfect the way it is!!! It’s just submitting tool for At&t to get user info on dead zones, if it works then why change it??? People who are mad because a Rep directed them here and you expected an immediate fix, I am sorry, they misspoke and this simply does not work this way, if however you and multiple others submit that there are bad zones in your neighborhood then eventually something will change! The more people that submit in on area the faster the problem is addressed. Overall does its job just as described, 5 stars

Thanks for asking

I really appreciate the ability to report problems in real time. If there is a temporary problem I get a notification about that so I know what’s happening, and as a long time user, I have seen improvements to bad areas over time. Thanks.

Useless app that gives people the placebo effect

I have been marking my spot for 3 years and nothing has improved.I have been reading the five star reviews and one of them is calling people dumb for believing that this app would solve any problem quickly and it only works if a bunch of people in the problem reports the connection issues.Frankly it’s a useless app that gives consumer a feeling that their connection problem would fixed. The only real solution to bad cell reception is either changing to a different provider or being a mini cell phone tower that costs over $200.

AT&T neglects small country towns...

I have been using this app for over 8 months and I still have to walk out to the road in front of my house to get 1 bar of 3G. People are getting 5G and I’m still trying to get 4G in Edgefield, SC. I have contacted AT&T over 10 times about having NO signal in my home and they all said “according to the coverage map, you should have signal. Reps then make me do all these silly thing like restarting my phone, resetting network settings etc etc. On a side note, the coverage map on AT&T websites “claims” that I have access to 4G LTE. $80/Month only to get no signal and 3G at my roadside. Thank You AT&T!

Update it

jeremy1069

They encourage you to report problems. But it’s a waste of time. Network is going downhill and no matter how much you report problems, the problems will never be fixed. Moreso, it needs to be updated into 2019 standards

Still nothing

I submit issues and never hear anything. The app is old and I never get any information. HELL I HAVE A ATT TELEPHONE WIRE ON THE GROUND ACROSS MY DRIVEWAY..... seriously. This app is not worth anyone’s time.

No service

Been reporting same problem for over 3 months. The one issue with the tower was fixed. Helped for a few days, then back to same. Same feedback regardless is always, thank you we are aware of and attempting to fix..... well fix it for goodness sake!!!
