Why???

BiffBifkin

Why waste your time reporting the plethora of dropped calls??? Exactly - they don’t care. Period - this app is merely here for you to vent. The suits in NY are LAUGHING at you...

Doesn't send cached reports ever

Even once re-connected to network.

No feedback or any info provided

tibir

Marked spots at my new house that showed LTE on their map. There was zero service. Reported and marked my new house which now has 3 phones rendered useless. Zero feedback, zero updates, app extremely outdated with no news of current issues at all. Push the button and watch your report disappear into the black hole of nothingness. Should have just done a message in a bottle.

I have been reporting on this app for three years now and never anyone response or fix the issue reported. What a waste

Poor App, Nothing Happens To Reports

Bryan in Michigan

App is buggy, network news shows old updates from months/years ago. I periodically get the red circle on network news indicating new news, but never see any new news. Never get feedback on issues reported, just generic thank you message or we’re aware of issue and working on it. I’ve been reporting the same issue for months now (poor data speed/dropped calls) and no feedback/improvement. Not certain anybody really gets these notifications at AT&T.

No Action - But Data Collected

Cleo59

I have been actively using this app for 1 month to provide ATT feedback in network data and cellular performance (using iPhone X). I got this app because I have noticed a steady decline in local network performance recently. I checked the app for local network news and upcoming activity for my area - nothing. Does this feedback go into a black hole that no real person reads? Is it really actually used to improve the network? The very prompt automated text rec’d for each submission says it does. Unfortunately, I see no evidence that anything happens except data collection. Maybe the app just provides a mechanism to vent frustration. As 20+ year ATT cellular customers - Is it time to switch service providers? It’s up to you ATT !!!!

Useless

WilliT

This app is designed to collect diagnostics info including geo location about the AT&T cellular network, supposedly to help prioritize improvements in problem areas. The need for such an app should make it obvious how unreliable AT&T service is. While identifying problem areas sounds like a great idea, in reality there has been absolutely no perceptible improvement in network performance in the areas I’ve been reporting for at least 5 years. Specifically, AT&T cellular network is inoperable during morning and evening peak hours along the Metro-North New Haven line between Grand Central Terminal and Stamford. The app reports a known issue in the area, then later in the day reports the problem was resolved. But of course, this is only because utilization dropped, and the problem returns during the next peak hour because nothing was actually done to increase network capacity. Reporting problems with this app is a useless waste of time. If I paid my monthly bill as unreliably as AT&T provides cellular service, the only calls I would be getting would be from collection agencies.

This app is a lie and a sham!

This app does exactly what you expect from ATT - nothing! It hasn't been updated for iPhone formats from 2015 and on, it does NOTHING to submit reports, they just keep pulling up on a map, waiting for...who knows WHAT! Amn ATT does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with those reports. My neighborhood in Woodbury, MN HAS NO NETWORK CONNECTIVITY AND 1-BAR DISASTER OF A SIGNAL FOR OVER 10 YEARS! AND ATT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!

Seriously?

How the hell are you supposed to mark the spot that has no service when that spot has NO SERVICE!!! ???

No Updates On Or In The App...

@JereeAnderson

There’s nothing. I’m confused. Is this app out of date? It sure looks like it. And there’s no updates for the customers to know what’s going on. If it is as they say, then that means that no one is working on it. Let us know something. I have a business to run. SHEESH!
