Crap app

Worthless, I report a dropped call or failed attempts in middle of the afternoon, at 4:15 am I start receiving numerous text messages regarding outages being repaired. Who wants to hear their phone chiming at 4:15 am ?

I have been using this app for over a year now submitting performance issues at my OWN HOUSE constantly. I cannot use data in my own development. I never have more than 2 bars and rarely have LTE. All I get from this app is “we are working on it.” It has been a year and nothing has changed. I’m switching to Verizon once my phone is paid off.

I’ve been using this app for almost 6 months and been telling them that I’ve had issues with my phone. I have a daughter with the bleeding disorder I’m having to plug a landline because of this. Just found out my neighbor who is a senior has been told by ATT she needs to upgrade her phone and yet it’s throughout the entire block. My phones been doing all sorts of things it wasn’t doing this before and it does it to my daughters i10 phone when she comes visits as well

I don’t think they even care for feedback here and take action.. I have now submitting poor connection and dropped calls reports since 1 year but it’s still the same.. Why do you guys have this app for customers when you don’t listen!!

i have reported about 30 robocalls in the last month. same response to every one. a text saying thanks. (aug 2019) now it doesn’t work at all. says it will submit later. feedback button says it cannot contact the server.

I’ve been using this app for a year now and att has not put any effort to fix any of my issues. This app is a compleat wast of time! If you still choose to use this app I wish you the luck! You have better chance of reaching att if you walk outside and scream at the top of your lungs!
