Can you guys at least update this? Tips are for 3G networks which I’m not even sure my phone has ever used

Horrible cell service

dittybouka

Our new community called Bella Vita, located in Forest Brook area of Myrtle Beach, SC, has the WORST cell service I’ve ever encountered. Not one resident living here who uses AT&T as their provider has good service. We NEED a cell tower out this way. I’ve been calling and complaining to AT&T customer service since January with no luck. Please help us out!!!! Thank you, Christine Filuta

All At&t apps need iPhone X support and a modern clean update

iPad Version Always Crashes

nmaggiefan

When I try to use the app to report slow / no service on my iPad Pro, the app crashes every time. I have restarted my iPad, I have deleted the app and re-started and re-downloaded the app, but it still crashes.

I would offer a different opinion than another post quite critical of AT&T’s responsiveness to this app. I’ve been using it for years now and I have seen improvements to the areas I’ve marked. In most cases the improvements come about a year after my first submissions - a little late, but hey, its a big world to cover and they don’t have endless budget to spend on building up or out their networks. To their credit, on at least one occasion I was called by an engineer who had been reviewing my mark the spot data and wanted more information. It was a very good phone call. I am satisfied with their desire to accept feedback, and I believe they’re looking at it because I’ve seen 6 or 7 locations improve after my submissions - just not immediately. Also, I would offer that it is not necessary to have four bars for a properly functioning phone. Sometimes folks lose sight of that fact. I use the app weekly and it’s working just fine for me.

No change in service

We’ve used this for years and haven’t noticed any changes. Service in our area is horrible when we have an influx of people. So bad that we can’t even call out to 911.

Useless app

goopmoon

Been blowing up Mark the Spot forever. NO CHANGE! Why even bother to have the app AT&at if you aren’t going to do anything about our crappy service!!! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

No accountability/outdated tips

CountryFan93

When you submit a report there is no follow up to show if the problem has been looked at or resolved. In addition how can someone trust that the problems are even being reviewed when this app is still showing iOS 6 screenshots in their optimization and tips. This app is far from current.

Doesn't change anything

Skeeterbomb

Like others, you can report and call til you're blue in the face. You get a reply saying that the issue is fixed but you still don't have signal. Switching to someone else...

Ineffective

Used for years, not ONE improvement. Used as marketing probably which they have never worked anywhere in a rural area anyways. As long as swivel chair people get service
