I cant even get help with my issue

I never got an email notification, and now my “account” is froze and just says I have to verify before I can move on. Only, there’s no way to have a new one sent. This app is way too expensive to not even have a support line. There’s just a group chat room.. So the app is useless to me without the email verification that I can’t get resent ....terrible

Have been using anki for 3 months Work perfect between my ipad and iphone the only down side that when using IO enhanced adds-on in my PC the image dose not show up in the iOS version

从上个版本支持中文，这个好评，可是发现两个不应该发生的bug：1、当浏览统计数据时，无论选择全部还是选择一年或者更久时间的时候，都会闪退；2、当对一张卡片操作，令其转移到另一个卡牌组的时候，同样会闪退！暂时只发现这两个bug，还望及时修复！又沦陷了几个模版

i am grateful almost daily for anki, it has given me the ability to put all sorts of different info into my head in an efficient manor anything i come across that i don’t know and find interesting i take a screenshot of and every two weeks i use the mac desktop app to add them to anki this app has made me a better person and my family, friends, coworkers, strangers, and society are better from it God bless anki

I wish there were more command-keys for the iPad keyboard. For example the Edit function from and Cancel after you’re in the Edit screen. It used to be command-return to Save and Cancel, but now it only works for Save. Not always intuitive and some reading of the manual is required, but this is the best flash card app out there IMO. Some things require the free computer version to perform. Well worth the money.

Almost great needs feature to make images larger

I love Anki, and love using it for med school, however there is no automatic zoom for images, which is a bummer considering how expensive the app is. Other than that it’s great.

I‘ve used this app for the last two years on my phone and my MacBook without any problems. For my university studies, I used a template I found on the internet. No problems at all. I even recommended Anki to all of my friends at school. But as of lately, Anki just decided to screw my template up! No I can‘t use thousands of cards I made over the years because Anki decided to get stricter about its code and I‘m supposed to correct the error the programmer of the template has made?! Do I look like a programmer?! Really, if you care about your educational future and look for a reliable product, DO NOT purchase Anki! Thanks for messing up all of my cards right before my exams.

Great app. The way to upload from quizlet is roundabout: you have to upload to Anki desktop->sync to the mobile app. If they create a quizlet add on on the mobile version, it would be even more perfect

Please add an option so we can see the back of the card, for example after we saw the question we go to the answer page, we can see the previous page again Sorry for my English:)
