Lovely, currently having problems

Sherman Dorn

Love this app. This morning, both the iPhone & iPad versions stopped accepting input after 3 cards. That’s … a problem.

Not a standalone app! And the cost is to make the app free for computers and Android

If you have an iPad instead of a computer, DO NOT try to use the Anki app, you’re going to be frustrated. The developer intends it as a supplement to the free computer app (and to subsidize all the computer app users as well as Android users), and lots of basic functionality for making cards and decks is missing from the iPad version (the documentation says “use the computer version to do this”). Will be seeking a refund and looking for a solution that better allows me to use my iPad to make flashcards. If you’ve got a computer to make the cards on, go for it!

Well worth the price

I wouldn't recommend purchasing this app right away. Try using the free Anki desktop program to see if Anki works for you, then if you’re happy with it buy the app. I spent countless hours on the desktop program and felt it would only be right to show my appreciation by buying the app, though I’ve definitely already gotten my money’s worth.

Best flashcard app (but mobile app should be updated)

Sanna Bakr

The app is great but the mobile-app version is is very limited, image occlusion should be added to the mobile app, there are a lot of features that are available in laptop version that isn’t in the mobile app.

Hierarchical tags

Ramyar HP

It’s my favorite flash card app, I really like it that I can do my flash cards on iPad when I don’t feel like doing it on Mac, but one downside to it as it always comes back and makes me go to Mac, is browsing tags is really not user friendly, on Mac there’s Hierarchical tags which really makes it much more easier specially when using premade decks. I really hope you could implement it in iOS version as well soon. Thanks

Show Deck Names During Practice

Arielito

I love this app! I have one small request: Could you add an option to show under which Deck each card is in during study? I study multiple languages, and use the same sentence for many, and it’s hard to tell which deck the target language is coming from. I hope this could be added in a future update. Thank you.

Where’s my flash card photos?

cbribri89

They show up on my android phone but not Ku iPhone and the app cost over $20.00 this is very disheartening.

Worthy companion for mobile

Eduarte78

Bare bones but functions. Happy to support the dev. Note profiles don’t appear to sync at this time which is problematic.

For $30 you’d expect the app just work.

You shouldn’t need a workaround to get images to pop up on decks used by thousands of students.

Maddeningly horrible user interface

ccoburn3

This app is a complete waste of money. I know that there are pre-made card decks available, but as far as I can see, this app has no ability to download any of them. I wish I had known that before I wasted my money on this piece of crap. Life is too damned short to waste on poorly designed programs. The people who wrote this one clearly didn’t give a tinker’s cuss about the user. Don’t waste your time or money on this garbage.
