I cant even get help with my issue – AnkiMobile Flashcards Review

I never got an email notification, and now my “account” is froze and just says I have to verify before I can move on. Only, there’s no way to have a new one sent. This app is way too expensive to not even have a support line. There’s just a group chat room.. So the app is useless to me without the email verification that I can’t get resent ....terrible
