Can't connect with dot

I don't know why there are issues with the app to connect the dot and several pages in the app can't show. Frustrating. Hope the problem can be fixed.
What Happen??

Alexa was working properly(Amazon Music) until Friday. Don’t know what happen??? Stops play music all of sudden, crashes. Must reboot to continue playing selected albums.
