App said error. It was unavailable to process my Bill payment, then they charge me 9.95 for same day bill pay which I did not agree too! No message popped saying anything about a fee! I will NEVER use this app again! Very dangerous!

This is an app you can use to open an account at 0.8%, have it changed to 0.6% before your opening deposit is even settled, and then go online to see that they’re still offering 0.8% to others

Ok. Case and point. Credit cards ask 18%+, and yet for 6 times in 2 months I’m getting an email telling me the interest rate on my savings account with them has been reduced. When I started with them, it was 1.50% APY and now after reducing it gradually, and EMAILING me with each gradual reduction, they just sent an email telling me there’s been a change in my APY from .80% down to .60%. This is RAINDROPS compared to the interest credit card companies charge. And this is for me placing my money in an account at their bank, vs. the other banks with even lousier rates! I mean, is the banking system REALLY hurting so bad that they can only afford to now pay their customer .60%???? Inquiring minds would like to know!

Ally needs to change their web page to reflect wire transfers will not be processed the same day as advertised. And since I did not receive a cal, to verify the transfer, the web site needs to inform the customer that they need to follow up the online request with a phone call. The wire confirmation email also needs to be modified to reflect the same.

Fix APP To work with VPN!

Recently I increased my online security by getting a VPN and it turns out that the Ally Bank app does not work while it’s on no matter what. I have no issues with all my other financial apps. I have generally been happy with Ally bank otherwise.
