Servers Down
Not like the original.....
What good is an online only Financial Institution if I cannot even log in. Servers down for maintenance during a financial crisis. Get it together and get more servers. I will be transferring my monkey as soon as I can log in.

Just Ok for having usual savings/checking. Terrible for investing/trading. Always issues/errors when using the app, also when using web pages to access your accounts. The problem amplifies when markets are moving with volatility, To the point you can not log in to anything. Look else where if you want to trade/invest with markets.

it works well when it works. but service is spotty which is not so good for banking but even worse for investments.
Underwhelmed by UI and bugs

Overall, the bank is great but the app/website are a little buggy. First, the app constantly unenrolled me in FaceID log in so I constantly have to look up my password (using Google-suggested complicated one) to type it in which slows me way down or makes me wait to check accounts until I have time to go through this process. Next, the app/website have not updated all of my account details namely the interest accrued on my savings account. I sent a message to address this 5 days ago with an attached picture of the problem and have received no response. I used the chat feature which got a faster response but was unable to attach a picture of the problem. She assured me from their end they could see all the interest I had earned which was somewhat reassuring despite not seeing it on my need. Lastly, the chat does not function across platforms. I can’t start a chat on my phone and finish it on the web app. Very frustrating.

Its not letting me log in a error keeps popping out to call the bank. But when i log into the website it lets me so its not the wrong username or password

Buggy app, keeps freezing and not opening, getting error messages. Will be looking at Etrade or TD Ameritrade instead.
Layout is horrible

The app is not optimized for iPads. It splits the view between the account details and the rest of the content. There’s no way to close or minimize the account details.
Why forcing me to update

I am out of country, and I need to login to my account. Because there is new update, it will not let me log in without getting new update. I cannot get the update now because I am not in America and App Store requires me to change my location. Let me use the app now and I will do the update when I can. Stupid

The invest UI needs to feel a bit more integrated with the rest of the app. But this is still an amazing app!
