Touch ID doesn't work

Hugola1990

App was great until a few months ago, the touch ID stop working. Now I try to enroll in touch Id and there is always is disconnection and tells me to try again later. This has been happening since January and none of the up dates have fixed this issue. Will give 5 stars when this issue is fixed

Best bank ever

I love Ally bank!! I “bank budget” my money organizing it into separate bank accounts. Ally makes it so easy for me to make smart spending decisions and be in control of my finances. I love it.

Unknown fees for money market account

Cucho8

I opened a bank account with Ally because I read there wasn’t no hiding fees. I was being charged for every transaction I made $10, at this point I have close to 20 charges at $10 a pop! I was never told when opening the account that you had a limit of 6 transactions a period, if I would had known I would had opened a different account. I use my account for primarily checking. They refunded only five fees which I think it’s unfair since I wasn’t aware. This has left me very dissatisfied and not sure if will continue banking with Ally. Not satisfied at all.

Invalid Credentials

This app will not allow me to log in after installing it today I can sign in just fine on my laptop or in the web browser on my phone, but not in the app Disappointing

App doesn’t work

Ihopethisnicknameisavailable2

The app doesn’t work for iPhone and nether does the website. They still haven’t fixed this. They’ve also lower their interest rate so I’ll be moving my money elsewhere.

Great App- One Missing Feature

Mlmatthews322

Love this app... but I really wish I could drag/drop to rearrange my accounts on my home screen!

A Simple Feature Of Vital Importance IS Missing ...

The Peab

Dear Ally Corporate: I’m an Ally customer and I use your app, but for some reason I can’t figure, I still need to use a separate checking ledger to keep track of ALL encumbered funds ... Why? I find this offensive because it sets up the client for failure and causes unnecessary complication to the end-user in trying to stay on top of what their actually-available, encumbered balance is. Why would you do this? I can only think of one reason, because you are now excused to charge the simply outrageous overdraft fees you, and most all financial institutions, believe you’re entitled to. You need to enable your customers to succeed, not fail. This feature should be SOP for Ally. Why don’t you cut the edge of personal banking and get this done. [That’s not a question, nor is it a request - it’s a demand. You’ve got my hard-earned cash, I don’t ask for permission.] +++++++ Dear Ally Customers or Those Considering Ally: If you’re a customer of a bank that provides apps to their customers, demand that they include a built-in ledger that provides an upfront running balance showing all encumbered funds, not only those funds that are immediately withdrawn, but, also those funds which you have generated electronic payments for, or, hand-written checks for. Anything less is a scam and it’s about time ALL financial institutions that offer checking accounts with apps grow up and honestly serve their customers with this very basic, but, vital functionality. Banks need to enable their customers to succeed, not fail. By the way, if you’ve never seen what I’m describing, check out Simple bank app. They feature a “Safe-to-Spend” visible balance that includes ALL funds that have been or are going to be withdrawn from you account. So why don’t I use Simple? I did for six years, then, for a reason I’m sure was all about the bank that backed them, BBVA Compass, they suddenly stopped offering any bill-pay features and promptly sent all of their customers paper checks, and essentially said - Have a Nice Day! Other than that, I’d still be with them. Bottom line, stop letting your financial institutions set you up for failure by providing a feature that should, by now, be SOP. (This “review” was also included in my review of Accounts 2, the checking ledger I’m forced to use because Ally won’t provide secure and safe user interfaces to their customers via their apps.)

Pending check deposits not showing.

sweetpipedreamz

Why doesn’t the pending check deposits show up under transactions? It showed my pending check deposits previously but now the new transactions are not listed at all after the deposit.
