Unable to login despite my password being correct. I was able to log into the Ally website no problem but not the app. Upon trying to reset my password with the reset feature in the app, it didn’t recognize my info. It also promoted me to enter a date. But no idea what kind of date. There wasn’t a label. Maybe my birthday? Apparently not, because it didn’t recognize that either. Guess I won’t be using this app.

I know my username and password is correct because I can login online just fine, but nothing seems to work here, and to retrieve your password through the app, you have to enter a date -what date? Birthdate? Today’s date? There is no explanation provided
