STORE MY LOGIN!!! Why is it that I need to sign in with my credentials EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THE APP?! How come every other app I use can log me in right away, but the app that SETS AN ALARM OFF AT MY HOUSE can’t seem to remember my login info to TURN IT OFF?! INVEST IN SOME REAL DEVELOPERS FOR THIS APP - IT IS CRAP

Yesterday the chime started going numerous times during the day and thru the night. No body is ever there. Doing the same today. Called ADP and they will be here Monday. $59 service call. Not very happy right now. I’ve had it for two years and HAVE been very satisfied

This app is terrible. Takes awhile to load. And I constantly have to sign back in Everytime I open the app. A

Issues with this app and my system every since the 5 G conversation. Called ADT at least 5 times and they have been to my home twice. The system works for a few weeks and then the same issue comes back and you can’t use the app to control the system. Then they are going up on pricing. Better off getting a different system until they figure out all of these issues.
camera update
ADT needs to get audio with all the cameras. When is ADT going to update to audio.

I have loved this system and it has worked great for years until a few months ago I am not even able to get into it. It requests a pin and log in and I use the only one I have and it won’t work and so I have not been able to get on the pulse app at all for months…. Super frustrating

Never had an alarm system before, never needed one where we used to live but now that we’re in the big city, I rest easier at night knowing that if we had an intruder The system would notify me. Also, it’s great to know when we go away, the house is protected. I also enjoy the camera ability to see my truck in the driveway at night, thank you ADT

Your app was working great until the last update. You can avoid this by testing before you roll out
