Improved but far from adequate

Within the past 8 months or so, I called Adt with assistance with using the pulse app from my Apple Watch. Each time they had me delete the app in my phone, reinstall, sign in, and open the app on my phone. It only worked when I completed those steps. I stopped using the app on my watch. Forward to this week. For some reason, I decided to try the app on my watch again. I signed in and it worked! Hallelujah! Then, 24 hours later, I tried to use the app on my watch again. It didn’t work and my watch said that I needed to enable “keep me signed in” on my phone to utilize the app on my watch. I checked the app on my phone and I had the box checked. I logged out, made sure the box was still checked m, and logged back in. The app on my phone works, however, this morning, I got same same message. Come on Adt, get it right. Don’t break things that were working. Now that ios15 in here, I hate to see what happens when I update my devices.

The alarm system works great but at this point we have some other questions about some equipment that we’re going to get installed if you get a chance please call 580-370-1372

The latest update has some bugs. In particular when after login instead of having the live view of the selected camera right away, I have just a solid blue screen. Let’s go back to the prior version…...

iPhone XR no longer supported

Was informed by a customer service representative that iPhone XR will no longer be supported by the app. This is absolutely horrendous — the phone isn’t that old and we do not want to change our phones just for an app!
New update is SLOW

For whatever reason the new update is awfully slow. Someone could not only break into my home, but steal my entire house off the foundation before it will load. Not sure what you did, but it’s not good.
Extra protection

I love this app . It allows me the extra protection that I need. When my Alarm goes off I can see exactly what is going on in and outside of my house.
