Last update has slowed the App again. It won’t open quickly, cameras won’t populate quickly or at all. It’s not useful being this slow. The App was better and quicker before the last update.


History error message

Unable to see activity. Called tech support and said there is nothing they do to fix it on their end to view via website vs app in the interim. I deleted and reinstalled, same issue


Horrible Upgrade

Since the latest “upgrade,” my ALL cameras view takes a LONG time to load. It takes WAY too long!!! The app also crashes more. Unacceptable. Please fix!

You’re new update has done nothing but give me anxiety. Nothing works right now and your customer service line is even worse. I loved ADT felt secure now I just worry and get no sleep. Bout time to switch somewhere that keeps things simple and easy to use. Since the update I can’t access the history logs and it logs me out all the time.

Used to love this app. The new version no longer shows Activity under the “all activity” section. It keeps giving an error stating “error retrieving history. Please try again later.” Tried reinstalling, rebooting, another phone and still same issues. Please fix this ADT.


All Activity Broken

I use the “All Activity” option to view Activity history, and this option has been broken since the last update (version 10.0.0). I can view it via the Sensors page, but not directly using the “All Activity” option. When you develop the next update, please fix this.
